During Christmas I stayed at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The Christmas meal was delicious and it really felt like home away from home. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of the best aspects was the great location, with easy access to the city center and tourist attractions. , the holiday decorations were stunning and really put me in the Christmas spirit.

The only thing that could have been improved was the wifi signal, as it was weak in some areas of the hotel. However, it wasn't a major issue and I mostly used the wifi in the lobby where the signal was strong.

We were expecting a great location in a famous park, but the hotel was quite far from it. the room was nothing special, small, and basic with a tiny bathroom. the service was average at best, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us during our stay. the breakfast was not good, limited options, and not fresh. the only positive aspect was the view from the room window, but it was blocked by trees.

The facilities were outdated, and the hotel lacked the charm that we were expecting.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bright and comfortable room we stayed in offered a magnificent view of the lake. The hotel facilities were perfect with a very large car park, and transportation was easily accessible. The location of this hotel in the park was a tranquil setting that we appreciated. Every meal we had, whether it was breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold choices or dinner, was excellent and its quality exceeded our expectations. Staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. We were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, featuring a large variety of toppings, as well as hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon. the friendly staff was always willing to assist us, and we enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms.
